Janey, I want to thank you for your tremendous help. You have given me healing and Dad - and I thank you. You are such a lovely person and I wish you great success in your work going forward. I want to confirm the pieces of evidence in the reading so you know.

Some are as clear as day, what I asked for, this is amazing. Some are a little ambiguous as always in a reading. As a whole the reading was such evidence, the personal things Dad said were everything I ever thought, I ever knew, I have been thinking about over and over in my mind. It was very brave of my Dad to be so honest, to have learnt now and admitted so much and so early in. It's funny but I thought he would - and you've proved he has. I'm really proud of him to be aware so quickly, even though it would have been completely opposite to what he believed absolutely. He was above all honest and loving and I thank him for that. We could have had such different lives together but it wasn't meant to be. To admit fear is the biggest lesson of all I think.

The reading then:

♥ I asked for him to show me the big Muttley character, you said cartoons and funny faces.
♥ The feather, I definitely found one and I've now washed it and have it here, I said in my mind to him, Dad it's not white and he said but 'it's your colours though', funny, meaning it matches my house, everything we buy is greyish silver, black, white or silver. The feather is silver grey with black and white.
♥ The female gold chain is mums, a bracelet, chunky with a hanging heart on which he bought for her.
♥ I asked to bring my dog, so important I know he's met up and he did and the description was right. After this you said about the emotion so strong and love and of course for me to know my dog is there and with my Dad is so strong for me.
♥ The butterfly, a symbol for me, I definitely saw a huge, bright butterfly last week and looked at it a lot.
♥ He most definitely did like to be in the garden, in the sun but didn't do gardening or be interested that much in nature and the opposite to this as you said, loved to be in his armchair watching telly.
♥ I asked him to mention his work. You said brass instruments and you thought it was to do with music. He made instruments and this is the word I said to use, surgical instruments, I wasn't sure about brass, when I mentioned this to mum, she said 'of course, he made the moulds for the instruments first in brass', as if I knew this! So you were completely correct. Something I didn't know, I asked him to bring something for mum that I wouldn't know.
♥ The letter in the coffin with apologies, and hearts on it in a different colour. I got a big red felt tip and made big red hearts all across it.
♥ The swan connected to the funeral. In the hearse I saw a huge beautiful swan and turned round and said to everyone, look at that amazing swan.
♥ You said I was physically just like him and I was, exactly and very connected with him in mind, I was - although we never made enough of it, he knows this now from your words.
♥ I asked to say the shape of my flowers, which went with him and the coffin to keep him company, so important to me. You said pale flowers, 2 colours, this was correct. And then you got the shape, I kept saying to him, say teddy bear and you did.
♥ You also said yellow connected to the flowers and the only other colour in all the flowers was yellow.
♥ You said lave nder, lavender water connected to an elderly lady, with handback and hanky. This is totally correct, we bought Nanny lavender water every year, mum confirmed the hanky. This is funny because Nanny has been through many times and I have said to her before, why don't you say lavender water, this is so strong a memory, now she has. And yes, she would have given him what for!
♥ You said soft toys, another thing I asked, he had soft toys on his pillow and with him laid to rest here in my house to keep him company.
♥ Middle of August connection - so important again, my dogs birthday, always celebrated; Beginning Sept, Kevins birthday.
♥ So important to know where we were when he passed. At first I thought you were wrong but you weren't. I was on the left and mum the right of him, when we thought he may have gone and he knew.
♥ You said Katie stayed with me a long time after I was dead. I did, I slept n ext to him holding his hand all night the first night and by him the second night before he had to be taken.
♥ You said he said the coffin was pushed down a corridor, an open coffin with some material over it and he was created. This is totally correct. He was brought and laid in my hall, with the coffin open and mum put a sheet over it up to his head, we had him for 2 days (very unusual I know) and then he was cremated. He didn't get to my house in his last weeks, at least he did in peace at the end.
♥ The motorbikes, again very important memory, and yes he had three BSAs, mum confirmed.
♥ You said three weeks and it was three weeks this Tuesday gone.
♥ You said he used clippers and this is also a strong memory for me.
♥ I have two things in my house belonging to him, you said piece of clothing and both are, and they are blue and silky.

Some things you said I think meant...

♥ Alan - my Aunt came to the funeral, we talked about her daughter who died of cancer and we talked about not knowing whether we were there when Dad passed and regretted this, she told me about her son, Alan, who her daughter had asked for a number of times and he was on his way to her, but she doesn't know whether she ever knew he was there, and she regretted this. Could be Dad heard this.
♥ I asked him to mention a car he had years ago when I was little, you said a blue/green car and big like a volvo, it didn't have a flat back, but it was this shape.
♥ You said Jen, and this was a cat I saved that my father-in-law took in. Very spiritual cat.
♥ 32 was significant but meant nothing to me. I said it to Kev and he said this was the door number of his nan and grandad. Now, I ask Dad to go to Kev's nan and grandad and ask for their help to come through, and I asked them to help as they have been through to me a numb er of times and Kev has seen his grandad, maybe this was a way of saying he did that?
♥ You said frog statues. Mum has a number of frog ornaments.
♥ And you said he's taking me outside in the garden, frog statues. I did ask him to mention a 'Bill and Ben' flower pot man I bought him which is outside.
♥ And a stone, tiger's eye, I bought a tiger's eye bracelet a week before he died.
♥ Some bits like the book and corss and chain and Xmas presents and watch, I need to look out for.

Just thought I'd report on my reading from Janey tonight. I was the first lucky person to be picked from her forum members to receive a free reading.

Janey did a card reading for me, and wow...it was so positive and left me with a feeling of 'hey, my life could finally go somewhere'.

The only thing that Janey knew about me is that I live in London and I am healer. She correctly told me that I have been through a bad time and am now beginning to come to the end of it.

That I have a lot of strength and I should give myself a pat on the pack, well people kept telling me they sometimes wonder how I got through this bad time and I have coped with it very well. I have, over the last 4 months or so, said to myself - hang on, I haven't done half bad really considering. It hasn't been easy, people don't see my bad days, and they will never see me on my bad days, as I don't like crying in front of others. I still have them but they are getting less & less.

My cards also said that I have lots of ideas and could maybe start a business. Well Janey, I have LOADS of ideas and now I can tell you the one thing that has been on my mind for a while now is to open a shop. The sort of shop that sells crystals and spiritual/psychic books etc., you know the type of thing. Also at the back of this shop to have a little place where I can do my healing and maybe someone to give psychic/medium readings also. I really don't want to charge for healing, as I don't feel it's right, but if the shop were successful then that would solve the problem. I would really like to have this shop in Wales, Swansea to be precise as I would be nearer to my family who live in Neath. Janey did bring up about a possible move for me. That is my wish, maybe it can come true if I take a chance and just go for it. I feel my role is to promote everything spiritual, so maybe this would be a good start.

Janey also said that I sometimes have people come to me for advice, which is kind of true in a way, although they don't form a line at my front door, because of my experiences I can relate to a lot of their problems, but I don't always give them what they probably want to hear!!

The reading lasted for around an hour, luckily Janey taped it which is just as well as there was so much I can't remember everything! I will look forward to receiving my tape.

I met Jane Davison about a year ago at one of Tony Stockwell's seminars. She gave me my first tarot reading in many years, which was extremely accurate regarding my family situation at the time.
